Refund policy

At CREA, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective upon delivery

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or defective item.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at creafashionlb@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at creafashionlb@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return or exchange
  3. Our team will provide you with further instructions

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
