Order Processing Schedule

• Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, CREA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services. However, we will always do our best to assist with tracking and follow-ups when needed.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate at checkout. CREA is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
